Crown Cab

I pre-ordered a cab. I am in a wheelchair and asked for their WCVan. Only to be told that van does not operate in the evenings. That is absolutely unacceptable. Finally we settled on their only car that was big enough to fit a WC in the trunk after I will be transferred into the front seat. The cab never showed at the time requested. After 10 minutes I called them to see where the cab was, he stated he was busy. So I cancelled it. THey were very unprofessional.

Horrible company. I prebooked a cab an hour early and they were still over 30 minutes late. The girl on the phone would not let me talk to a supervisor. All she could say was they were busy an that the cab was 10 mins away.it does not take a half hour to get anywhere in the Battleford's.
