Bought my grad dress here 7 years ago had great service, ordered four bridesmaid dresses and bought my wedding dress off the floor!, had a wonderful experience great service!!! Dresses were all here in good time. The best dress selection and service I came across in Regina by far!!! The lady that helped me find my dress was Lovely very helpful listened to what I was looking for and brought forth many good options!!!

TERRIBLE SERVICE! SUCH A NIGHTMARE!

I received the worst service from this store (from the owner, no less!) that I've ever received in my entire life. I ordered my wedding dress through them and was told that it would be in with more than enough time for my wedding. After multiple ignored attempts at finding out the status of my order, and my wedding date approaching faster, I finally took matters into my own hands and called the designer MYSELF. To my shock and dismay, New Line Fashions was on CREDIT HOLD with the designer, meaning that my dress was not even put into production, pending all sorts of past due invoices being cleared up by the store. TERRIBLE! I worked with the designer to rectify the situation, myself, eventually getting my dress only 2 weeks before my actual wedding date. I also needed a ton of alterations to the very detailed and difficult hemline, due to the store owner not ordering my dress in the 3" shorter length offered as a complimentary service by the designer. Overall, my experience was so bad that I would never recommend this store to my worst enemy, even!!! I shed more tears (NOT OF JOY!) over the very real possibility of not having a wedding dress, that it really cast a dark cloud over what should have been joy on my wedding day.
