Speedy Glass Saskatoon Downtown

I had an appointment for 10am. They told me it would be done around 2pm, which is an hour past their quote of 3 hrs. I arrive back at 2pm,wait 20minutes to be told it wouldnt be done until 5pm. They hadnt even started my vehicle yet. I told them twice we lived out of town and were on foot. No apology, just a shoulder shrug. I took the day off work and drove 2hrs. Waste of time. Terrible business etiquette.
