We had an incredible dining experience. We started with the Triple Play appetizers, which were fantastic—a great way to kick off the meal. The Jambalaya pasta was full of flavor and perfectly spiced. Our server was attentive, and even the manager stopped by to check in, which was a nice touch. Great food and excellent service. Highly recommend!!

Simply put has the best combo for 5$ not to mention the best BBQ Chicken pizza among all locations of Twice The Deal I have visited. Staff is always courteous and eager to help with a smile. The staff is always very pleasant. Every time I have visited, I've been delighted by the enthusiasm and attentiveness that the servers have paid to our meals (particularly when we ordered 16 separate orders of wings, and our server not only memorized our orders, but also who ordered what).

I went to go pick up my order on monday and the guy at the fromt was very nice to me. He was friendly and im sure so is the rest of the staff. My food came out very quickly, even before the time the guy said it would. I was happy and my family very much enjoyed the pizza.

Really amazing!! First and best restaurant I've been to in Canada and couldnt have asked for a better experience. The new owner Mani really made us feel at home and ensured his extremely friendly and kind staff made sure my family's and my first experience not only in Canada, but also in Montana's, was a special one. Thank you guys so much for amazing food, hospitality and again another special thank you to Yvonna and the rest of the team. Rarely leave reviews but this was a must !

My wife and I have never ordered from Twice the Deal before. It was so hot that we ordered for pick up on Friday, July 22, 2016; the deal was two large pizzas, three toppings each plus two dips included. In addition, we ordered another two dips -- all in $20.18. In relation to other big franchise pizza places I think this is a pretty good deal. I work in customer service, so I understand that things don't always go as planned. It is how an establishment deals with their mistakes that really shows how good they are , in my humble opinion.
We go to Swiss Chalet all the time, the food is always hot and delicious and up to the Swiss Chalet Standard, the service is usually pretty good, quick for sure and the restaurant smells good and is clean.
We often order take out from this location, and we have had a few problems, orders not being filled correctly, no gravy for the poutine, little things like that. One time we ordered and they called back 30 minutes later to tell us there was a snow storm and the delivery person went home!
Needless to say I complained. I got a personal response from the Manager appologizing for our bad experience and comping us for two 1/4 chicken dinners! WOW, I thought that was just great. I get that mistakes are made, but I have never had anyone take responsibility and compensate me so quickly and politely! Since then we have ordered a few times and we haven't had anymore problems.
