My daughter loves coming here. She's so comfortable with the staff she doesn't want to have freezing ! I've never heard of such a thing. Everyone in the office is always smiling! The office is always in a clean state and smells great!! Love this office for my kids!

Just moved to St Thomas and needed a place to bring my family to the dentist. Great first experience. They made the switch from our old dental office really easy. The office seems very nice and modern. What I like is that they billed my insurance directly so I didn't have to pay for anything out of pocket. They were really good with my kids too and made it an overall pleasant experience.

Loved when I walked in everyone was smiling & in good mood. Although my visit, I could hear people laughing & having a good time. Love it, love it, love it. I even liked the music being piped in!

I previously wrote a scathing review about this place when I had lost all hope but I was wrong. The staff of Interface do care about their patients post surgery. A double jaw surgery left me with mysterious chronic ET problems. I live with an alternating case of ETD and PET now and have spent the last couple years searching for answers. If you are thinking about having a jaw surgery done, consider that there can be serious risks. But I believe you can trust the staff here to do their best.

Most offices I feel like I am rushed in and out but here they really take the time to address everything. I felt as ease from the first appointment and it has been 10 years later since I have been in and nothing has changed. They got me right back on track. the girls treat me good.

Like many others I have gone to several dentists as I had some trauma as a kid and not fan of the dentist. I must say Dr. Ali is amazing and I won’t go anywhere else. Heis patient, gentle, empathetic and has a great sense of humour. Took the time to ensure I was ‘frozen’ slowly and in the least painful way possible. I felt nothing. Visiting King Edward Dental is always a highlight. From the moment I step through the door, the warmth and courtesy of the staff make it feel less like a clinical visit and more like a reunion with old friends.
Waiting times? Practically non-existent. I barely have time to admire the decor before I'm whisked away to the chair, punctuality that would make a Swiss train conductor envious.
The facility? It's like stepping into the future, equipped with state-of-the-art equipment. Highly recommend
