I went to Canadian tire today to buy a tires and the costumer service was EXCELLENT!! the staff name Robert was friendly,helpful , and helped me with what I need, and I was very please with the service that I get. came outta store happy and it didn't take too much of my time. would like to see that happen more often in the future, keep up the excellent costumer service. and thank you Robert for all your help.

You know, never mind the glitter and gold you see around garages big and small, this station won't stick you, and even may give you some freebies and show your visually first hand your problems. You are treated respectfully as a customer should. Couldn't find a better "order out of chaos" manager/mechanic. Had two vans done there and rode away like I was driving a Cadillac. Sometimes it's hard to pin down a problem, but they don't quit and may lessen the bill if warranted.They know their stuff.

The owner is a really nice guy we had something happen to our vehicle and it wouldnt drive they brought the our vehicle to the shop and fixed it same day and worked out a payment plan so we didnt have to wait to get it done. Howard and Jason are so helpful. I can’t get packages at our address and so they go there. People expect them to deliver them but they are only a pickup point and that in itself is SO HELPFUL for me and my family. As someone who has been ripped off by quite a few mechanics over the years, the guys at Citicarb have earned my trust.

When they find something wrong, they not only show you what is wrong. But they provide a comparison to prove to you what it should look like compared to what yours looks like.
