In the fall of 2011, Berdan Paving prepared and completed a raised above-grade parking space alongside our carport / garage, in a space from which I had just removed a tree. The space was used successfully over the winter, and in the summer of 2012, we asked them to come back and pave the space. Pricing was excellent - we ended up paving not only the new space, but the main driveway as well. Berdan Paving coordinated with the municipal engineering office, as well as helping to verify the location of lot lines to ensure that there would be no encroachment issues with our neighbours. The crew was excellent - hard working and polite. All was cleaned up at the end of the job. A year later and the driveway still looks brand new. Top marks! Lire plus

Initially we used John for the front lawn.He always does an excellent job and comes on a regular basis.We started using his services for the snow removal a couple of years ago. We don't need to be the first ones to be cleared after a snow storm but whenever we have to go somewhere we let him know and he is very prompt to clear our driveway.We go away during the winter and we can rely on John to keep our property up to code.100% satisfied with the services and recommends Lawns of Distinction. Would give 10 stars if I could. Arrived on time, finished ahead of schedule and UNDER budget! Had one small issue after a rain (washed out a small corner) and they completed the fix within a day of my calling them back. Have had zero issues since after many more rains.
