These guys were fantastic! Pressed for time with the ground thawing, I needed to move a 36’ travel trailer into my yard asap. Not only did they do it on a Sunday afternoon in the middle of March, but during a snow squall to boot. Everything went even better than planned and they were very thorough and professional and came in cheaper than anticipated. I would highly recommend them for all your towing needs. Reached out to them via Kijiji to schedule to have my vehicle towed from Kitchener to Waterloo. They were very prompt with their response and kept communicating until the day of the service. I also had to reschedule the time at the last minute due to an emergency and they were able to adhere to my schedule change and get the service done on that same day with no penalty ?. The whole process was smooth and completed with no issues. Amazing service.

John Brock himself came out to rescue me when I locked my keys in my car. He travelled over an hour to me when none of the surrounding CAA providers wanted to take my call. He arrived around 11:30pm at night and was friendly, cheerful and pleasent. He wasn't at all resentful or rude to me for placing a call so late in the evening. He is a kind-hearted man who genuinely enjoys his job. He was time-efficient also, and had the problem solved within minutes. He will be the first on my list to call!

A large nail in my tire left me stranded on Currie Road. I called WILLSON Towing, on a chance. They were closest to where we sat stranded with a flat.This was a positive experience in every way. Wow this company sure goes above and beyond for their customers. My mother had grocery in her vehicle the driver drove her home at no extra cost and helped her up with her stuff then towed to the garage. Recommend this company to all my friends and family. Caa took 25 minutes to answer... and another 10 - 15 to find me..
After they then quoted 1hr 19min! 2 hours in the ditch :O.
Elite updated with a 30 minute response time & responded in about 22!
I'm sure it's not always like this, and I'm sure Noone likes their car impounded! Lol.
But this is the second time dealing with and I'm satisfied! :)

This company is excellent, I highly recommend them to anyone that needs a tow. Ecspecially in a car accident. I had an accident and the tow driver was there telling me everything I needed to here and he helped with the whole situation and gave me great pointers and was able to calm me down when I was on the verge of losing it.
