The Stoney Creek location has been a great help to me and my furbabies since it opened. Before that I faithfully went to your Brantford location Sometimes there is a little wait time, but always worth it... I personally have NEVER had an issue with Beattie. You've helped my babies live life to the fullest and when they needed the help, you so respectfully helped my babies to rest. I would be so lost and stressed if it wasn't for you. Our Chihuahua was attacked by a 85lb German Shepard last night. Not only did our pup sustain lacerations from the other dog, so did my husband. We showed up to Beatties and our pup was taken in RIGHT AWAY. The vet staff came out after getting him settled and dressed my husband’s hand so he could go to the hospital, as well as providing a wash cloth to clean up. Got my dog neutered they’re, they are all very well mannered and someone came out to assist us while we were waiting outside (due to covid) they took our dog (who loved her by the way) and explained the procedure. We left and they called us right after he went to sleep telling us he’s about to go in, then called us an hour later when he finished and told us he’s doing great. We got our dog back about 4 hours later and they gave us a manual explaining what to expect and what to do. Great service.

All the staff at the St. Catharines Animal Hospital are extremely friendly and very professional. Dr. Boctor is a wonderful,caring individual who is truly considerate of his furry patients...He is a ‘cut above the rest’. My sister & I ‘inherited our parents’ dog, Molly,who has many health issues. Amazing vet, went here twice for my Maine Coon when he had a terrible digestive issue and some dental concerns. Really knows his stuff and doesnt try to upsell you on treatments or surgeries you dont need. 10/10 vet, go here if you want reliable info and treatments that will really help your furry friend.

We knew we needed to put our 20 year old cat down and were referred to Derry Heights. The nurse was so comforting and helped us make it through the process. The vet was a very nice man as well. He checked Ziggy and assured us that we were making the right decision. We thought she was in pain and he could see that she was. I would definitely refer people to them. My dog seemed in pain & kept hiding,not acting like himself. I was out of town so I had to do an online search to find an ER vet. I'm so pleased I found this one with excellent service Dr. Noorlander provided,he's very caring & knowledgable. He did a thorough exam & didn't rush through. He took his time to explain things. I learned more in that vet visit than I have in many vet visits elsewhere in the past. The RVT Helma was so kind too. She was very courteous & put us both at ease (my dog & me)

Dr.Mann is an amazing vet and is not out to hit you in the wallet. They're a husband and wife team and genuinely care for animals. She is very thorough, does what is best for your animal and she is extremely knowledgeable. Her interest is in the health of your animal and not in charging you ridiculous prices to take advantage. If you want a Vet that truely has your family members best interests in mind and at heart. I would highly recommend this clinic as they have been absolutely fantastic!!!

I can't thank these people enough. There were no vet places open Saturday morning around 3:00am. We tried Hamilton (Were I'm from) no patients being taken.We then drove to Burlington and the same thing. The only service available was this one who told us they could see my dog. By the time we reached there my dog had passed away. They tried the best they could, but I know my dog was in pain and he died in my arms. These people working here are very considerate,polite and honest. Thank you

I truly recommend this Hospital. For 10 years I have been going to this Hospital with my Schnauzer dog (my buddy) and Dr. Bhullar is very caring and knowledgeable. He listens to your concern and gives the options and solution to my dog problems. The staff is extremely nice and polite as well. The price is affordable and Dr. Bullar also tells you exactly what you are paying for. I had two emergencies with my dog and the Hospital always found one spot for me to come on the same day... The best!

This vet is amazing! My dog walker told me about them. They are quick, efficient and care a lot about the animals. They are all so friendly too. They are quick to book you, fast to serve you they took the best care of my pup. He recovered so quickly after his was fixed. His incision site was pristine. We came to the clinic after a series of mistakes at other clinics nearly caused us to put our St Bernard down prematurely. At PVC an excellent resident and team of vets walked us through every step of their decision-making to arrive at a diagnosis and treatment. Costs were fair.
