Our strata referred us to Pacific West Mechanical as they maintain our building and we were beginning renovations. For the past year (yes, it is taking a while), whatever plumbing work we have needed, we did through Pacific West. They are very accommodating, affordable, efficient, and great to work with.

Your two employees, Richard and Jeremy were here today to take away my old toilet and replace it with a new one that I purchased at Home Depot. They were friendly and competent and explained everything to me. They left my bathroom in good shape with all the extra cardboard, etc. cleaned up and taken away.

This is a good company. They delivered prompt service, professional workmanship and positive attitude.
We had no heat for 2 days, 22nd and 23rd of December this year. I called a different company but they did not come as they said. I had BC Care Heating phone number from my neighbor with a nod. They came, brought back the heat, fixed the venting - main cause of our problem and gave my daughter a hi-five. Our family appreciated their service. They are our Christmas saver. Thank you very much

was proffesional funny and kind. He took his time to service the
