One of The bikes and after one failed attempt to fix it they immediately replaced it with an upgraded wheel no questions asked. I am very impressed by their after sale service so far!

Bikes, parts and service have all been exceptional over the years. Pricing is good, service us unparalleled - owners and staff are wonderful.
They've been caring for our old bikes for years at very reasonable prices and we recently decided to buy new bikes and they were amazing - gave us hours of help to learn and make a good choice. Exceptional experience
