We live in Alberta and send flowers to my husbands mother. Sight unseen they have consistently sent beautiful flowers, delivered on time. The service is courteous and personal. Love them! If the search engine sends you to Bloomex do not be fooled. Bloomex is crap!

I wanted to send a basket to my Dad for his birthday and am SO happy I came across Kelowna Baskets! I was highly impressed with the customer service I received. The owner was extremely helpful & courteous, and assisted me in customizing my basket to make it perfect for the occasion. She delivered the basket personally to my Dads home. He was delighted with the presentation, contents, and service. I highly recommend this business & look forward to ordering from them again in future. 5 + stars!
