Fan in outside AC unit was not running - I thought the motor was dead. Hamid came, diagnosed the problem in 5 minutes, just needed a new capacitor. Also tested the refrigerant level, was down and needed topping up. All was done in a timely, professional matter and fully explained. He is a true technician, able to diagnose and repair and was able to do what another group failed to do.

I am very pleased with the quality of work and equipments. Quick instilation, efficient, polite, respectful, friendly, and knowledgeable. They didn't leave before I understand every thing about the furnace and aircondition and how to set the thermostat. The price was very competitive and reasonable.
