I’ve used Westshore Towing numerous times in different situation (keys locked in car, dead battery, and due to a collision). I was also a witness to another crash that they attended. They always come across extremely professional and are quick to arrive. Dave, the owner has always been very helpful. I will not use any other company! Thanks for all your teams help!

Natalie the dispatch person was very understanding and helpful. Chris the tow truck driver came to my rescue. Their service was above+beyond exemplary!! Thank you so much for being so understanding over my dumb/silly situation I got myself into...thx also to the 2 neighbors,their friend & the 2 other gentlemen that came to help!! Muchly appreciated ? When my car broke down for the second time, I got a second opionion. I also paid half of the previous tow and waited half the time. I like Rick Keegan...he is friendly, considerate and treated my baby like I like her to be treated....lots of TLC.
Since she is very low to the ground, Rick used a new tool I've never seen before...a Carrier Skate...and she skated right up onto the deck. From Stewart Ave in Nanaimo to Yellow Point (about 20k) it only cost me $60. This compared to the $100 previous charge for a few km from Nicol St to Northfield Rd where I waited over half an hour stranded on the highway in the pouring rain hoping no one would run into the back of my car.

We had a snowstorm in Victoria about a week ago, and unfortunately we wiped out getting onto an exit heading into the city, and were stuck in the snow. On the other side of the highway there was an Eagle Eye driver driver assisting another person, but once he got him hooked up he came over to us and pulled us out.
Driver was very friendly, saw us in need, and came to help without us even asking/calling, cannot speak highly enough of this company. If we need help again, we know who to call!
