It was a good experience purchasing my new 2019 GMC Sierra from Preston GM. The sales person Henry Mieszkalski was exceptional to deal with. He was very willing to listen and to help me negotiate a fair price for my new truck. I was very happy with the price that we settled on and felt that it was a good deal. I bought a new-to-me 2016 Corolla after I was rear ended and my car was written off. Less than a month after that I scraped the rear right panel on a cement pillar in my parking garage. I was very distressed and upset about the damage to my new car. I took my car to Craftsman Collision in Richmond to see what could be done about the damage. The Manager was so wonderful. He was very professional, knowledgeable, and helpful beyond my expectations. My car was repaired expertly. Very happy!

I had visited 3 other car shops before and this was the only one who took the time to exam and hoist my car to find the problem.
It was fixed in about 10 minutes and then I wasn't even charged for it. The staff was very pleasant and the repair was done in no time.
