Have dealt with them for 35 years, they are very helpful with problems and their service call charges are not out of line pricewise. Have had two service calls on my security system in 25 years and both times was fixed, but you can't send a truck and two service people for free. The charges were reasonable for what they had to do. Called in on a Monday, LCD quit working, Customer Care rep took the info, arrange an appointment, dispatched a tech , Very professional Tech showed up right on time, corrected the problem within 30 minutes & LCD has worked great ever since. I would highly recommend the Company for any of your elecronic needs. It's nice to find a company that actually cares about their customers and treats them with respect and understanding Lire plus
