I signed up for tanning minutes, and within a week there was an issue over access. I received what felt like a dismissive lecture from the staff in front of others. So I got in contact with the manager who did not seem helpful. Then someone who identified as the owner called to leave a voice mail saying she wanted to make it work. But she never picks up the phone when I call and doesn't return a call. How do I feel about that? 200 dollars spent and I don't feel comfortable going back...
