Peter was very professional. It was a maintenance visit and it went smoothly. He left the room tidy after he was finished. He showed me and left a note about what was done.

These guys are awesome, we had a sewer back up and they were here within hours of me making a call out to them, the guy we had here was fast, efficient and friendly.
We had a problem with our toilet at our store and the toilet was not flushing it was a Sunday and I called Roto Rooter and Matt the service guy called to let me know he would be there in 1/2 hour WOW !!!
He was friendly, quick and very efficient, I would highly recommend them. Matt augurged the toilet and he was working once again

I was very blessed to have Vic come out. Our sewer line to the city line was frozen. It was creating water to back up. Vic was there from 10:00 to approximately 3:30. working hard on the issue. He explained the process and was very detailed. He helped us clean the mess. We were so lucky to have Roto Rotor come out. Thank you Rita

Had a leaking drain pipe last night and called rotorooter to come help me fix it. They were able to send Luiz in the next day, he was quick and only knowledgeable. He only replaced the parts that needed to be replaced to save me money. I would certainly come back to rotorooter for my plumbing needs. Thank you
Buyer beware! Roto-Rooter is not a stand up company when it comes to fixing damage their employees directly cause. I have spent two months dealing with insurance claims instead of the Manager stepping up. The damage was estimated by an independent third party at $2300. When I approached the manager he was very curt and basically said go deal with insurance.
I will never use Roto-Rooter again and I could not recommend this company to others.

I Was really happy with Roto Rooster's on-time services. Their customer service, Melissa is very polite & professional in answering my quesitons. The plumber technician was a gentleman. Most importantly, when unresolved issues arised, Bryan (manager & owner) stepped in with fairness and in-depth knowledge to resolve the issue. I felt like he was a magician, he fixed the toilette flusing issue in seconds. No doubt Brian has years of knowledge & hands-on experience under his belt. Very good company with remarkable and outstanding customer service and rsepect. It is easy to understand because they have a great team of people from top & bottom to run this plumbing. Highly highly recommended. I was so pleased with their service that I could tell the world about the company and its entire team.
