This is far from worst car company!! Dont ever think of getting a car from them! Besides higher interest rates they charge you another 2 dollars every day. Meaning if your contract says 76 months still will go up another few months because of that 2 dolars they charge you every day. What a scumbag company! And they didnt even inform this to me the forat time i got a car from them i just git shock when i thought im already done with them but somehow i still have 4 months left to them!

I wish I could go lower than 1 star! Worst customer service ever!!!! Stay away from these guys.

if I could give them less than 1 star I would. 30% interest APR, so I came across an opportunity to refinance and did so for MUCH lower APR. They took a payment from my bank AFTER they recieved the payout from the refinancing, and it has been over a month, still have not recieved the refund for that payment. Called to ask and they blamed ME for not sending my bank statements or paying to have the refund faster...not that anyone ever mentioned those optioned to me. AWEFUL CUSTOMER SERVICE.

My Vehicle was Finance from them, I have paid off all debt. Also they have equipped a GPS Device at the beginning and now as it's paid off, they wont remove it from my vehicle. Not at-all friendly replies by CSR. Either hanging -up the call OR transfer to someones Voicemail system. Very BAD........ Guys make sure before signing contract with this COMPANY......So now I have to pay mechanic to uninstall the device..

If it was possible i would give this dealership a negative rating. the experience was absolutely appalling. From giving me the wrong car to overcharging me by over four thousand dollars I would advise anyone that sees ads for this place to run as far as they can in the opposite direction!

Terrible CSR horrid fees and interest paid off car 3 years early and they attempted to charge me a few even though my contraxt said no such thing will use RIFCO again nezt time

I wanted to build my credit with buying a vehicle. All carfinco has done is give me tha run around. Charging me for there mistakes. There interest is sky high. When I call to talk to them there rude nd ignorant. To say tha least if you buy a vehicle don't go thru them.
