I want to buy a couch and they are too lazy to bring it up 6 stairs free of charge. They want 179 dollars to bring the sofa into the house. Thanks but NO THANKS. I will shop somewhere else

Very bad customer experience. We purchased sofa back from Apr. and sales person said we could pay the delivery fee and in home set up once the delivery man at our house. We waited almost more than 6 months. Finally the sofa arrived. But the delivery guy can’t take the in home set up free at our house. They said we have to reschedule the appointment again after 2 weeks. This is so bad. We called the store. The store won’t help anything at all. Very bad experience !! They don’t care at all !!!

I bought my living room furniture from Konto first and later bought my dining room furniture from them earlier this year. I had a very positive experience both times. Their sales people are very friendly and professional and they gave us space to look and discuss. Their delivery team was also excellent. We absolutely love our furniture too. I totally recommend Konto and we ourselves will be return customers.

The worst experience ever

I bought a leather sofa from kunto 1 and 1/2 years ago , and purchased 5 years extended warranty with $300 ,just invade.The leather start peeling off, I called customer service with confidence because I have my warranty , but I was told my warranty will only cover stain . But that is not what I was told when I purchase my warranty . And they told me it should be manufacture warranty , oh but unfortunately the company who made the sofa they don't do business with them any more . So it's my lost.

Very bad experien...

Very bad experience. We ordered a set of dinning set back to November 2014, and were told it may take 8-10 weeks. And the fact is that we only got a phone call late march 2015. I think it is ok, as long as we got our dinning set, right? Then I book the delivery on March 26, from 4-6 p.m. I took time off and wait. around 6 o clock, I called them, and was told if the delivery is out you will get it. Then I wait until 7 o clock. I called them again, and they found our they booked the delievery o
