    nothing change since 2015 comment LOL still rude who ever doing customer service.. very wrong fit for the job

    Lady taking the phone calls for pickups is one of the rudest, sassiest people I have ever had to deal with. Customer service gets a 0/10.

    Frustrating. I de...

    Frustrating. I dealt with the Owner of the company on a job where i needed him to match their competition at $10 lower than his price. He flatly refused, stating 'service was their difference'. When i said i needed him lower for policy, he threatened to 'call the truck back to the depot'. Certainly not the attitude that lends to long-term relationships. I won't be calling Murray's again anytime soon.
