Total disregard for the most basic tools of customer service from service department general manager and Mitsubishi Canada Bought a brand new 2012 evo mr with extended warranty serviced 100% at this dealer when an issue did arise I was totally ignored for weeks after leaving multiple messages and sending many emails as well as contacting Mitsubishi Canada, which is a total waste of time, I have yet to hear from anyone at this dealership. Stay away
