Dishonest, even lying about the options for financing and what is mandatory to sign for the purchase etc. They tried to change the previous agreed upon price. Tried to add outrages fees which we agreed would be included. I had the option of financing through the bank of their choosing or not getting the vehicle I had factory ordered. On top of that, when the vehicle was delivered to us with a chip in the windshield they refused to take responsibly for it 'because that is the risk of delivery'
