This business did the wiring in our new home. Aside from questionable billing practices, they also hooked up the hardware incorrectly in several areas of the house, and lo and behold, when the wiring became disconnected, they came out and charged us again for fixing their original mistakes.
If you want to pay top dollar for below average customer service and questionable billing practices, give em a call, as these seem to be their areas of expertise!

However, if brought to our attention personally in a constructive manner, we have never ignored a concern or dispute. Your comments from May 12 are bitter but are anonymous and therefore make it impossible for us to respond to your dissatisfaction.
