Orchard Ford needs to add a second courtesy shuttle for service customers. As an out of town customer, it took half of our day as the shuttle gave us the scenic tour of Kelowna picking up and dropping off other customers. The staff at Orchard Ford is exceptional, both courteous and as efficient as possible. The timeline is a factor in how your day unfolds.
