Love petland. the staff is so knowledgeable and helpful

This store was filthy. I was the first person through the door in the morning and the floor had not been swept or mopped. There was dried pee spot in various places throughout the store. There was also bits of paper and debris left on the floor in almost every aisle. I only hope that the staff cares for their animals more then they do the store.

I like it there, they have all I need

Had an all around unpleasant experience. It is upsetting that the cages for the animals are open, and that children are touching them unattended- by their parents. I spoke to a male manager, Matt I believe, he was stocking shelves, specifically down the dog treat aisle, he didn't acknowledge me as I entered the aisle. He finally helped me after I had to ask him for assistance. another time I came in because they sell a product that is not sold in any other pet store and was completely ignored by

My partner and I visited this store over the May-long weekend. We were helped by an aquatics specialist there and received exceptional service. I believe her name was Sandy (?). She was highly knowledgable in aquarium maintenance, and offered affordable solutions for algae removal and prevention. She also offered us practical and affordable advice for monitoring ammonia levels. In the future, should we set up a salt water tank, I would happily visit this store again. Thanks!
