Akari Japanese Restaurant

I was skeptical at first because they ranked so high in reviews and this place was located in Delta/Surrey but I must say I was really impressed. I think Ive been to all the Japanese restaurants along the Westcoast and Akari is absolutely top notch. Their black rice specialty rolls and tempura were especially memorable. The owner told me they have a tempura master who have been making tempura for 20 years! Ill definitely be back with my family and friends.

Worth It!

This little gem is packed away in a strip mall at Scott and 72nd in Surrey. It's absolutely delicious! A little pricier than some comparable places, and the service could sometimes be better, but the food is always excellent. I have yet to be disappointed, and I've been going there for years.
