“Growing up in Vancouver, the Italian families, the European families, everybody’s front lawn seemed to become a vegetable garden,” says Stephen, owner of Artisan Landscape Maintenance. It’s awesome for growing vegetables in gardens,” Stephen says with pride. “We do the full cycle, from tweaking the soils so that they provide the nutrients and the organic values that we’re looking for.
