Sales staff is very professional and engaging. Joanne was awesome and very knowledgeable. Furniture is high quality with terrific range of selections that can be customized. Unlike the common perception that they sell only recliners and couches, they provide a full range of home furnishings for every room as well as a comprehensive selection of accessories.

Teresa and Sheila were excellent sales associates! They were very helpful and encouraging, without being pushy. We were so grateful for their genuine help and wonderful service; they made our furniture shopping experience very positive! We will definitely be back to La-Z-Boy in North Vancouver. We received excellent service from Debra at the North Vancouver store this afternoon. Having seen Brooke Shields on TV promoting the brand and style of sofa we wanted, we headed over to the store and were greeted in a friendly manner by Debra. She knew exactly what we were asking for. She assisted us in finding the exact style, leather covering and colour we wanted. Altogether a pleasant shopping experience.

My recent experience here has been excellent. The design consultant - Teresa - has been an absolute pleasure to work with. She answered all questions to my satisfaction, exhibited a great deal of patience with me, and was always available to assist me, both at the store and by phone, whenever I had questions. The store itself is a pleasant place to shop - a quiet atmosphere & well laid out displays. Staff are courteous and pleasant. I will definitely return for any future furniture needs.
