    Provac Carpet does great work. Highly recommend ! Brian and the crew cleaned our upstairs and basement carpets in just a couple of hours with very satisfactory results. We have had other cleaners in to do the same and weren't happy. My husband say to keep their number and get Provac back again next year. Very happy, Thank you. Terri L.

    Provac Carpet Cleaning Thank You! Excellent job. The most thorough carpet cleaning I have had in many years. James was professional and polite and even used a special treatment to remove the pet stains from our new puppy. Very nice job! Smells great! Will recommend. P.T.

    Very Rude

    Received rude, calls from Brain @ Pro-Vac demanding payment right after the work had been done. Their employee doing the work said a invoice would be mailed out. Brian showed very poor representation of a business that is supposedly Family owned and operated since 1980.

    Very sorry about the calls to collect payment. Unfortunately without a credit account set up in advance we cannot extend credit as we are a family owned business. We do accept payment by CASH, VISA, MASTERCARD, or even CHEQUES to make it as convenient as possible for our customers. We can even take VISA, M/C over the telephone to settle payment for overdue accounts. Sorry for the misunderstanding if you thought credit would be extended for this job. B.H.
