Worst service we have gotten me and my boyfriend called for a friend to get a ride home and said they been 15 minutes and it’s been an hour... honestly worst service ever. The girl driver got mad at my boyfriend because he was going to walk home with his friends and me and my friend were going to get a ride after they send us a taxi with 4 seats when we told them 1 and got mad and yelled at us!

When in Revelstoke BC, I recommend not to use (R Taxi) my Fiancé and I called these guys on Christmas Eve. When we called for pick up they said they would be 30 minutes, which ended up being an hour. Once the lady arrived the car reeked of cigarettes, we had to drop the windows half way just to breath in the car not to mention there high rates and Blue collar services, the car seemed to be around a 1998 Chevrolet Malibu. We were charged $25 dollars for a 8km ride in a Blue-collar cab service!

Terrible taxi service. We needed a taxi to take us to the Greyhound depot and they said they’d be 10 minutes. 40 minutes and two more phone calls later and they said they’d didn’t know when they’d get there. Would have been faster walking. Avoid.

This Place is awesome! It's to bad others didn't have same experience... the drivers really know how to get around in the snow! Best ride Eva!

Really the worst service ever. The drivers are great and super friendly but the woman that runs the place is rude and obnoxious. Such a shame there isn't a second taxi company in town as these guys would be straight out of business and deservedly so.
