We had an atypical project to work on, and they were helpful and knowledgeable from day one. Compare to other local business that was not interested in our out-of-the-box project, they went on with the challenges and turned out that they found great solutions and helped us to coordinate with other traders along the way. Excellent customer service from the local Smithers crew!

Electrician failed to notice a loose wire in a box he was working in, causing the wire to melt and short (fire risk) and leaving us without an oven for a month. It took an appliance technician (not a certified electrician) from another company to troubleshoot and fix the problem the electrician should have seen on the first visit/install, the electrician also missed this problem on a return visit after we had problems with the initial install.
