If I could give zero stars I would. My daughter lost her husband and my granddaughters their father in November.They were separated at the time,and my daughter was treated immediately with disdain and complete lack of empathy. We had to give false names to get a call back.The girls are young so the ashes went to their estranged uncle. Now 3 months later, in profound grief they have no ashes and no contact from uncle. MacKay was terrible to deal with and was actually very injurious to my family.
