    Great Service

    I received some of the most thorough service I've ever experienced from an auto shop. The owner, Alex, drove to my house and picked up my burnt out starter motor, drove it back to his shop and fixed it, then returned it good as new the same day for a great price. I went to him again for a quick checkup and he spotted several, inexpensive to fix, problems that would have caused a great deal of stress down the road. Alex is very precise and has a great eye for detail. He will take no shortcuts. He may be a little rough around the edges, but he is a good guy with good intentions. I recommend Alectric Rebuilders.

    Completely unreasonable customer service

    I was just hung up on by a representative from this company because I asked what brand the tires were that he was trying to sell me. He was completely rude and shocked that I would ask such a thing, because he was doing me a "favor" by breaking up a set of 4 used tires - I had already told him I understood that he wouldn't want to break them up. I replied that I would like to know the brand of the tire before I bought them so that I could be a RESPONSIBLE consumer and go online to check their reviews and ratings. THIS IS WHEN HE HUNG UP ON ME! It appears they have been in business for quite some time, im not sure how they have survived considering today I RECEIVED THE WORSE CUSTOMER SERVICE OF MY LIFE.
