He's a very unethical lawyer. While my father was passing and I stepped in as his executor I found a few discrepancies in his file. Turns out Allen has been and was still trying to lie and manipulate my doing father to get as much money out of him as possible! He has very little conscience. I highly recommend finding a more ethical lawyer in Winnipeg. There's lots.

Be very careful in choosing this firm, their rates are ambiguous, they charge for time consulting you about your own case on the phone, they can't appeal without additional Lawyers, they have creative accounting, charge the client for Alain talking to another Lawyer-called consultation, won't commit to anything, do not believe the client(even after proving different)do not care about the case-only his own bottom line, berates and belittles as a strategic way of dominance over the case outcome.

Alain Hogue was very knowledgeable and friendly, he helped me with my Will giving valuable information regarding policies that had to be submitted in my Will and prevented legal complications! His fees were satisfactory
