Canadian Tire General Store - Rust Check

Avoid the auto shop at this CTC store at all costs!!! They are slow; they never have enough personnel behind the counter; and they don't deliver as promised. During a previous visit, a mechanic also wanted to do unnecessary repairs. As I write this, I have been waiting for 9 hours to get my vehicle back, after they told me it would be 3 to 4 hours. And I just had a call from them in which they told me there was a screw up and I now won't get my vehicle back until Tuesday - 3 days from now!!!

This store has horrible customer service and ridiculous store policies! Their no knapsack policy for 30 year old professionals (my boyfriend and I who stopped in after a cycling trip) is shockingly insulting. Im not checking my bag...it has with my keys, wallet and phone. We are not criminals and customers shouldn't be embarassed like this. They have lost us as customers forever!
