Venez déguster un excellent repas chez East Side Mario's. Au menu une variété de hamburgers, dans une gamme de prix allant de 11$ à 25$. L'ambiance de cet établissement est décontractée.
After taking our order and leaving the salad and drinks our server took 30 minutes to stop by again. Asked her about the 2nd loaf of bread I had asked her to bring and she said it was in the oven. At the 50 minute mark I asked to speak to the manager and was told the delay was because the computers had gone down. I mentioned this was the 2nd time this month I'd had a bad experience and that I wouldn't be back. He said he had bigger things to worry about than people saying they wouldn't be back.
No one to greet you upon entering. Waitress chooses to first seat partial party that came in after us. Didn't even have all items available that were listed on the menu. New dishes had no taste.
The music was so loud, I could not hear the conversation at the table. Isn't that part of why you dine with friends? When I asked the greeter and her supervisor to turn the music down, was informed it was not that loud. Needless to say, it left a sour taste in our mouths and we shortened the evening. We will not be supporting this restaurant again.
It was the most hideous dining experience ever!
We ordered 4 entrees and they all came with unlimited salad. Except, 45 minutes later, we still didn't get our salads. Finally my daughter's salad arrived. But no, not ours. The wait staff was unhelpful and we had to talk to the even more unhelpful manager. (You'd think a restaurant manager should at least shower before showing up for work. He stank of cigarettes and was wearing a stained shirt.) He didn't offer an apology and told us our entrees were ready and being brought over. Maybe he smoked something stronger, who knows, but we were asking about our salads the entire time. Entrees arrived. Salads followed. They were mushy and obviously been waiting for a while to be brought to our table. Meal was adequate. Never got the water we ordered. Waitress came smiling offering a free dessert, wow how great, made us thrilled. Both me and my friend declined. Our daughters dessert arrived and sweaty manager came by with a phoney smile to check if we were happy with the "on the house desserts". Oh yes, that is really going to erase the terrible experience...
We paid, left 15% tip, because we are decent people. But promised NEVER EVER to go back to that location. Oh yes, forgot about the dirty side plates. At this point it really didn't matter. Do yourself a favour and don't go. That manager was a bad joke!
