    Over and Above

    Had Critter Ritter come to check birds getting into our attic. They not only resolved this problem, very quickly and efficiently, but also noticed a eaves-trough that was coming loose. They fixed it without so much as asking or telling us about it. I was duly impressed.

    Kevin came out and removed a family of skunks from under our front porch he came out the same day I called him and gave us a quote and came back the next day to install the trap. He has great prices and is very reliable. Thanks for all your help, you rock

    Good thing

    Just had to write a review in regards to the quick and friendly results we received. We called Critter Ritter due to a family of raccoons living in our attic. We tried a couple services with the only response coming from Critter the same day. A man named Kevin was at our door within hours and kindly removed the family living rent free! Thank you so much Critter Ritter! K

    Excellent Service did More than what was expected

    I am extremely pleased with the service I received from Critter Ritter. Some how the raccoons had got into my attic and literally tore the hydro pole off the side of the building so it was hanging 2 feet out. Critter Ritter not only responded very promptly and had the coons out and removed in one day. They noticed that I had soffit and fascia damage and extreme wear and tear on my roof. They replaced the soffit and fascia, put down new shingles about 3 feet up all the way around, and replaced some eavestroughing that was in bad shape...what was so amazing, is that they knew I didn't have much cash, so they did the repairs at a decent discount. They were courteous, quick and I much appreciate what they did for me as a senior. Would I recommend them to people? ABSOLUTELY!....

    Unreliable

    We called this company 3x for a quote - each time they said they'd come by and leave the quote - never came/no quote received. I then gave them one last try and booked an inperson appt with them (to meet at our house) and they never showed. UNRELIABLE. Very disappointing.
