Terrible customer service.
There are many flower places in Guelph, stay away from this one, I received an arrangement and it was not what the picture was on their website, and the flower count was not even close. I called and asked for what I had, 3 roses some daises and garnish and the person on the phone gave me a price higher then what there website was and higher then what my boyfriend payed. They will rip you off every change they get.
I went here looking for flowers for my wedding. The store was lovely but my issue was with the customer service. I was hoping for some guidance with picking flowers, as I had a general idea and examples of what I wanted but not an exact idea. After meeting with Patti, instead of receiving some helpful insight, I left feeling like I was stupid. I think she does lovely work but I was personally unable to get past how condescending she seemed. I will be going elsewhere for flowers

I met with the Bride, Rianna, and she explained to me exactly what she wanted for her bouquet and her one Bridesmaid bouquet. She was looking for cream roses with burgundy calla lilies. After telling her how much the calla lilies were, I had then suggested artificial calla lilies to keep the cost down. I showed her the quality that I can get for her. She seemed very pleased with me talking the time with offering alternatives.
Incredibly rude staff!! I went in to get some flowers and was ignored for about 10 minutes while an older woman and young man complained about a staff member. The woman wanted to fire a girl saaying she was stupid, etc. They never said hello to me, no smile or offer to help. I was looking at all the birds suffering in the big cage in the middle of the store when the woman turned around and said "what do you want?" I could not believe how rude she was. I said I was Ok and walked out. The store was a dump and the flowers and gifts were cheap low end anyway. Amazed that place is not bankrupt treating people like garbage and selling su h c heap stuff. I felt sorry for all the trapped birds in the cages, so cruel!!

It was shocking to read your comments and it has caused me to wonder about your true motivation. Allow me to refute your untruths. My staff and I are at the shop all day, every day with customers commenting on how clean and beautiful my shop is fully stocked with fresh flowers, plants and so much more. Not to mention the personal service each customer receives. My pet birds are my pride and joy and I have them professionally cared for and groomed. They are my pets and their singing adds to the ambiance of the shop. My customers repeatedly tell me this. My flowers and plants give comfort and joy to our recipients and we take great care in ensuring our customers’ expectations are met. This is why we love our shop.
