As a native Californian, few Canadian restaurants...
As a native Californian, few Canadian restaurants reach the precedent set by the numerous Mexican burrito and taco stands which dot my hometown, of low-priced genuine mexican food. However, the arrival of El Asador means that I can now enjoy the best Latin-American food in Kingston, as well as some of the best Indian Cuisine Kingston has to offer, for unmatchable prices. With enough food to have seved two people, I pigged out and had left overs for the above order at less than ten dollars. I walk the short stroll to El Asador from campus whenever I can, because no Kingston restaurant has matched the novelty and wonder of Kingston's only Indian/Mexican eatery, one which excels in both its categories, well below standard prices.

Service is amazing. The owner knows my order by heart. He's always quick and very friendly. the food is great and cheap. I've been there at least 50 times and have never been disapointed

Tiny little restaraunt with a tiny litte owner, but the food has a HUGE taste. Curry after the bar is a must-try. Healthy, fast and tasty stuff and a good price.
