This store is straight up and honest as they come. The work is second to none and the prices are more than fair here. I believe he relies on repeat business and his honesty is what brings me back time after time for even the smallest thing. Of all the cycle shops in Kingston this is by far the best place to spend your money, you get more for it. And if anything goes wrong it.s taken care of with out any resistance, he simply wants you to be happy with his work. And he is a nice person to boot.

Don't waste your time going anywhere else! Super knowledgable man (I forget his name), my husband and I called 5 bike shops in Kingston and 3 in Toronto, as we visit Toronto often and were looking to save money anyway possible. The owner works out of the back of his home, but it looks like a bike shop that has everything! I would say I know more than the average person about fixing bikes, so it is not as easy to pull one over on me. However, the owner was not like any of the other bike shops I called. He didn`t try to sell me anything extra, he didn't tell me to get a better bike or buy the upgrade, he didn't use bike lingo to confuse me; he only tried to save me money. And when I suggested changes for the crank and rear hub set, he told me he didn't think it was needed but it was up to me (needless to say I didn't get them as I am on a budget)....above all this he rushed my repairs as I was a fellow biker and he wants more bikes on the road. He answers his own phone and although it may seemed rushed when you talk with him, it is not like that when you go down to see him and discuss your bike, eventhough he has so many bikes to fix...and I know why. He is the best. OH AND HIS PRICE WAS 1/2 of all the other places and 1/3 of the Toronto prices...I would never take my bussiness anywhere else. The location is mid Kingston, so it is close enough if you are in the township or downtown (and worth it if you are further). The best thing is his obviously love of fixing bikes for less. He isn't in it for the money...he loves his job. I don't usually bother to sign up for things just to write a review, but this guy touched my heart. A true environmentalist with a vision to put less cars on the road. The second best thing is, I paid $60 and the other shops I called and visited with my bike said I needed extra stuff or they could only semifix it for $100-$120 dollars...plus tax. I saved $60!!!
