True North Imaging

I go there as it is close to my place, but it is not a pleasant experience, especially when dealing with the front desk staff. They pretend not to see you for minutes although you are standing there right in front of them waiting, they do not provide complete info as to what you have to fill in (especially now with COVID 19) - generally the message is Ill take my time, you can wait. A lot of sour faces, no empathy. The radiologists are much better, though.

This place is not...

This place is not sensitive to those with mobility issues. It is difficult to get onto the table for the scan and the bathroom in the back has no grab bars to assist one in getting up. There was no empathy and staff was abrupt. I was told that I should have asked when booking if they could accommodate. Yes, I wish I had inquired but I never thought that a medical imaging place would not have made accessibility a priority. Also our doctor referred us to the clinic so I thought it would be ok.
