Booked several days in advance. Secured a fare rate which was not honoured at time of service causing significant financial hardship. Waited almost hour and half after agreed upon pick up time causing distress. Several calls ignored.

Ive been waiting 3 days now to hear back from them about my phone that I left in one of their cabs, 100/100 use literally any other service
