Made appt for hair cut, color, and style. Appt was for myself and 12 year old daughter. Our stylist were Sylvia for my daughter and Vera for myself. This was our first time at this salon. Both stylist were friendly, informative, and knowledgeable. I felt very confident that they could give me exactly what I wanted. I brought a picture of what I liked and Vera asked lots of questions to make sure my vision was clear to her. She talked me through every step to make sure I was happy

I have been a loyal customer to Sami and Naji Hair for several years. The stylists are very knowedgable and friendly. I have gone from Brunette to blonde to brunette to even fashion colours such as purple and stylists have always provided me with the necessary information I need to keep my hair strong and healthy. It has always been a great experience at Sami and Naji and I look forward to my next experience with them!

Worst hair experience Ever!

The younger red haired hairdresser was in a rude,said a whole of 10 words the entire time.I asked for the same as last time, she started doing the wrong dye and had to switch. Left dye in my hair, had to rewash it.Went for smoke break, reeked like smoke. Very rude! Left my number for Sami or Naji to call, still NO call. Worst service Ever!
