The worst experience I ever had in Canada.
We went to ask for a specific used car, the salesperson told us, that the car was already sold. We browse the car and still on their web page, the salesperson told us that the web page was not updated, that the best thing is to do was to choose a new car, during all this time the only thing we wanted was to find out if we had a pre-approval so then we could make a decision. (No one told us inside the agency ) that in Canada you can not have a pre-appr
Worst customer service I have ever experienced. I had to wait an hour to sign my paperwork and get my car because 1 person went home sick. I had an appointment I was there on time but they wanted to take in a customer that was just starting a deal. They already made a deal with me so I wait. Then when I filed a complaint with Hyundai Canada the dealership lied and said I was being difficult about giving my daughters ownership so they could get money back from Hyundai Canada. Disgusting ?
BROUGHT MY 2013 ELANTRA IN WITH ENGINE NOISE.THEY SAID THEY COULD NOT HERE IT. BROUGHT IT BACK AGAIN FOR COLD START..THEY STILL SAID THEY COULD NOT HERE IT.1 WEEK LEFT ON WARRANTY.CALLED HYUNDAI CANADA.THEY SAID TO TAKE IT TO A DIFFERENT DEALER.TOOK IT TO PERFORMANCE HYUNDAI ONTARIO STREET.MECHANIC HEARD THE NOISE RIGHT AWAY.DID A CYLINDER BORE SCOPE.CYLINDER WALLS WERE SCORED. NEW SHORT BLOCK INSTALLED WITHIN 1 MONTH.DISGUSTED THAT AUTO VALUE HYUNDAI WOULD LIE ABOUT ENGINE NOISE
