Moving from U.K. to Toronto with 2 weeks to find a sectional sofa. We needed a bespoke size and fabric. Although standard time was 4-6 weeks. Brian and Rocco rose to our challenge and we received our sofa in 2 weeks on time and as specified. Brian a d Rocco also took time to ensure the fine detail we hadn’t considered - straight cushion v t back, seat length and height, cushion firmness etc were as we needed for comfort. Great communication, service, value and quality!

ITK Furniture should not be in business. They have no respect for the clients, promising delivery dates that have no intentions of keeping, making you stay home for nothing. The excuses were: issues with the movers, missing piece, broken mechanism, ordering new mechanism, more mover issues, health issues. The owner, Brian, is a liar, do not believe anything he says. Do not pay up front.

Really dishonest people, Brian is a straight up liar =. Please do yourself a favour, never deal with them, their quality is absolutely horrible, and customer service is completely absent, not a trace of any support.

From start to finish, my experience with ITK Home has been phenomenal. I ordered a sectional and am so impressed with the quality and look. I dealt with Brian and the level of service has been exceptional. Would definitely go back for my furniture needs!

Was wonderful at first but then when there were mistakes and quality issues with the product, they were virtually unreachable. Just cares about the money. Terrible service. Would not recommend at all.

Dishonest people selling bad quality products, simply avoid them
