We were the only two people in the restaurant. The food was good, the prices were decent - you get what you pay for.
Service was good, but considering we were the only two people there, it should've been.
Dessert wasn't spectacular but the overall ambience and the other food was good. Would recommend!
I first came to Splice for a special occasion dinner. My dining partner often eats at Toronto's top restaurants for business and he was very impressed with the food, as was I. The menu offers tapas-style dishes and items were nicely spiced, well presented and ideally cooked.
I have returned about 4 times since then with groups ranging in size from 2 to 7. The food was consistantly good and the service has been attentive, friendly and personalized.
I'm sorry the last reviewer had such a bad time, on what was obviously an exceptionally bad night from a service standpoint
