Asked for a quote on a brake job 4 days ago. Called to follow up and their lead technician, Mark, said he would call me back. Still no response. Bad Service all around and I have not even stepped in for service.

I have been bringing my cars to Auto fix for over 12 years and have been exceedingly pleased with service. I have found Mark to always be a man of his word. I know all work done on my vehicles was of highest standard. I do not hesitate to highly recommend Autofix.

Most Dishonest Mechanic I've Ever Dealt With

Took my car to this place because the AC wasn’t working. I was told that the compressor needs to be replaced. I was quoted a price in line with what the dealership would have cost. I came to an agreement with him to supply the part and have him install it. After going back and forth 3 times before the job was completed and confirming the price with him every time the final bill still ended up being higher than what we agreed on and he denied that we ever agreed on anything other than what he charged me. Two weeks later my AC broke down again and I decided I would take it to the dealership to get a second opinion and it turns out AutoFix had obviously installed my compressor improperly which caused the clutch to burn out. When I took the compressor back to him to show him the error he again denied the mistake contrary to all the evidence and without any real reason blamed the failure on a bad part to get out of having to fix the damages. It was a brand new compressor from a reputable manufacturer by the way. My experience was that this guy was nothing but dishonest and would not recommend him.

I have have gone to this place a number of times and I can always expect the highest rate of service. Knowing its going to be fixed right the first time is huge
