Installing ductless units in an older home can be challenging, but the crew NovelCare sent out to do the install did A LOT OF DAMAGE to our baseboards and walls in our living room and home office. What's EVEN WORSE is how the company responded to us after. They basically ignored us. We asked over a period of weeks to speak to someone in management - and they refused to pass on our concerns. We went to the Better Business Bureau and they were not truthful with BBB. Take your business elsewhere!

This was a stress free experience. The estimator made an appointment... showed up on time and explained all of my options fully. I decided to purchase our Multi Zone ductless air conditioner system from NovelCare. On install day the installers showed up on time and installed the our ductless system as described.
