I’ve been a client for about 19 years now. Today my 13 year old Dog was passing away and he couldn’t take 5 min of his time in his busy schedule to see us as a emergency to put her down as she was suffering. Instead he gave me a appointment late afternoon. He actually let my girl down in her time of need.
